A new chapter – Singapore's iconic skyline is about to change
THE NEW DEVELOPMENT at Marina Bay Sands includes two main components: a 570-suite luxury hotel tower featuring a dynamic, multi-level 76,000 square-foot Skyloop; and a podium that serves as a bustling hotspot for business, entertainment, and cultural exchange.
The new development will house a 15,000-seat arena that will raise the bar for live entertainment in Asia and approximately 200,000 square feet of premium MICE spaces. The venue will also be integrated with new and existing developments within the Marina Bay precinct for greater efficiency and pedestrian connectivity, providing direct access to Bayfront MRT station and linkways between Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay.
HOTEL TOWER
The 55-storey hotel tower will stand rotated at a 45-degree angle with its twin wings curving outward, offering panoramic views of both Marina Bay and the Singapore Strait.
SKY LOOP
The crowning achievement of the hotel tower is the revolutionary 76,000 square-foot Skyloop — a breathtaking haven that intuitively combines both elevated public and private spaces. Hotel guests can enjoy secluded experiences: private cabanas, infinity-edge pools, shading palms, and a cantilevered wellness terrace that is designed for yoga, arts and specialty events.
THE PODIUM AND ARENA
Situated adjacent to the hotel tower, the podium serves as a bustling hotspot for business, entertainment and cultural exchange. At its core is a 15,000-seat state-of-the-art arena, poised to host sporting events, concerts and large-scale live events.
